I met Nokia's China CDMA product director at a bar in Chaoyang (which is where this building is, by the way). Chaoyang is the "expatriate"/"embassy" district, depending on how you frame it. It's full of restaurants and bars with English names that you can't tell to cabbies because they don't speak the language. Honestly, I think Beijing should require all buildings/restaurants have a Chinese name that must be publically displayed and put on all publications materials.
