Remember our friends from Karaoke (which was actually last night back on the regular timeline, since we're back to my pictures)? Today we decided to go out with them to TianAnMen, this morning. We all hopped on the 22 bus (which goes right through an interesting, crowded, part of the city and comes every 10 seconds like the one in San Francisco does...well, at least as it should, in theory). We got off at ticky-tacky qianmen. It's awful, and even worse down the street where it's "authentic" Beijing. Boy that's a big McDonalds. Only one thing is classy here, Chris way!
